There were accusations of RICO Act violations going into this in 2008 (via Kevin's PR guy, Michael Sands) as well as allegations about fraudulent corporations being created pre-conservatorship (via Johnny Wright).

Now that I've finally watched Bryan Spears' interview, where he literally takes credit for Britney's booming branding empire (perfumes, dolls, etc.) right through 2009, it makes me wonder if her own family and/or Kevin were messing with her finances throughout 2007.

Why else would she need a financial conservatorship...if Bryan was doing such a good job?

They've been scam artists, right from the very start.
