Well, he keeps posting on her comment section as If she'll read It. He is doing It for years, but his BFF said Britney started to control the Instagram only recently (which we know by the documents isn't the case aswell). 

It's totally possible he is one of the people with access to the account and keeps promoting his own brand there every two weeks. Literally the captions tag him for almost every post, that's odd...

But hey, that's only my opinion
