Nicolas Cage quotes Britney's famous words on Netflix new show

So I was watching the new show on Netflix, called "History Of Swear Words" which Nicolas Cage hosts. 

In the first few seconds, he goes " **** you, **** you, you are cool, I am out". 

Isn't that the intro of Britney's  "I Wanna Go" song? 

 

I know its nothing but anything remotely Britney related gets me excited.

It was in her music video but she actually referenced this from a movie called Half Baked which Guillermo Díaz starred in. He is also in her music video.
