Oct. 29, 2013 - During a probate court hearing, Andrew Wallet expresses his desire to modify the basis for calculating his fees. Judge Penny instructs Wallet to lodge a declaration setting the scope and nature of his services in order to assist in determining an appropriate methodology for modification of fees.

(Case No.: BP 108 870)

Nov. 20, 2013 - A “Declaration of Andrew M. Wallet In Support of Fee Modification” is submitted to the probate court. Within the document, Wallet claims that, "Throughout the conservatorship, Declarant has been intimately involved in every facet of the Conservatee's financial life and has been continuously involved in matters pertaining to her person." He says that he "continues to actively manage the various business interests, the professionals such as the manager, business manager, entertainment lawyers, litigation counsel, investment advisors, family law counsel, assets, finances, and the many business interests of the Conservatee. Over the course of more than five (5) years, Declarant has instituted multiple protocols by which the conservatorship estate operates and which have proven to be beneficial to the Conservatee. By way of example, and not by way of limitation, at the planning stages of the Circus Tour, the Declarant instructed entertainment counsel to spread the risk of the Conservatee failing to fulfill her duties on tour because of some third party providing illegal substances. The financial stakes were high and failure was not an option. Declarant insisted that all contracting parties with the conservatorship estate, (there were hundreds of contracts), would sign consents [redacted] long as they were involved with the tour, [redacted] agree to liquidated damages and confidentiality [redacted] acknowledgments of their responsibilities to have [redacted] was greatly concerned at the planning stages for the Circus Tour, that the many hundreds of vendors, drivers, dancers, hair stylists, performers, etc. could bring financial disaster to the tour by providing illegal substances to the Conservatee. That protective environment involving literally hundreds of people, who also assumed the risk if they acted improperly. That protocol greatly reduced the risk of financial failure and personal harm to the Conservatee. The same protocols were employed for the second tour and now for the Las Vegas residency." Wallet claims that "The conservatorship estate [redacted] plus the non-liquid assets, as previously stated. The "bad'' and incompetent people previously involved in the Conservatee's personal and business life, have been swept out as a result of Declarant's utilizing and urging the use of various legal actions, his terminating people's employment, resolving disputes, resulting in eliminating liabilities, debts and various threats to the conservatorship estate and the person. It has been a full time job for months at a time in order to get things under control and productive." Further, Wallet says that "Throughout the conservatorship, Declarant has been continuously engaged in the business affairs of the conservatorship estate, including interfacing with entertainment counsel, reviewing all contracts (hundreds), negotiating terms, resolving legal and business issues, interfacing with the manager, interfacing with the business managers, interfacing with Mr. Spears, interfacing with Ms. Wyle and Ms. Cohen and interfacing with Mr. Ingham among many others. Business matters include three tours, recording contracts, producer contracts, merchandise deals, branding deals, royalties, real estate, world wide trademarks, etc. Declarant has had extensive involvement with managing and directing multiple disputes and complex litigation. The conservatorship estate business affairs are quite extensive and complex, requiring a high level of expertise and prudent decision making."

Oct. 15, 2018 - A “Petition of Co-Conservator Andrew M. Wallet to Confirm Fees and Approval” is submitted to the probate court. In the document, Wallet claims that from 2014 to present, the Britney's estate has increased in value in the amount of at least $20-million. Wallet claims that he was "initially asked to serve as co-conservator of the estate to bring stability and leadership to the conservatorship," but that instead he has been "intimately involved in all aspects of the conservatorship, including conservatorship of the person due to the inherent complexity of this conservatorship." Further, Wallet claims he was had to "manage the many people and professionals involved for over ten years. Declarant has had to hire, fire, take action against various people who were not acting in the conservatee's best interests." He asks that it be "confirmed, on a going forward basis, in the amount of $426,000.00 per year, payable monthly in the amount of $35,500.00 per month."

Jan. 2003 - Some time during this year, Bryan Spears begins overseeing Britney's finances. "It was 2003 that I took over, until 2009," he claims in an interview from July 23, 2020. "We didn't have anyone that was overseeing the actual financial business development, next step kind of thing for Brit. We had managers, we had business managers, we had agents. Everything. But no one was looking at what the left hand was doing and looking at what the right hand was doing. There was no top cop, basically, who was looking out for her best interests. So we, as a family, as we always do, vote and come up with a family decision. We all thought that would be a good idea for me to oversee all of it...Making sure money is being put away, new business is being formed, brands are being formed, trying to make money while we sleep so we're not so focused on having to tour." Bryan continues, "Looking at a situation...if I feel like I don't have a really good handle on it, or if I feel like I don't have the expertise to conquer it, I go and hire or find the person or company that can. So, I went and hired Ernst & Young out of Nashville, brought them in and did an entire audit of every single detail of her business from publishing to branding to merchandising...we had a huge doll line. Tour merch, and all of that. And I had those guys give me a report that showed me, and we all broke it down. And then I went back, assessed it, and then I wound up having to make a lot of adjustments after that." Interviewer: "So how did you feel when you got that report?" Bryan: "I was not very well liked, you could put it that way, amongst the team." Interviewer: "Did you give a rat's ***? I mean, if they're stealing from your sister?" Bryan: "Looking back on it, I did what was right." Interviewer: "What did you do? Did you clean house?" Bryan: "Ya. Everyone but the manager."

July 23, 2020 - Bryan Spears appears on the "As NOT Seen on TV Podcast" in anticipation of a probate court hearing that day. "She's always wanted to get out of it. It's very frustrating to have," Bryan says of the conservatorship. "Whether someone's coming in peace to help or coming in with an attitude, having someone constantly tell you to do something has got to be frustrating. She's wanted to get out of it for quite some time." Bryan says that "Obviously there was a need for it in the beginning," and says the conservatorship has "been a great thing for our family, to this point, and [we] keep hoping for the best." He says that his father has "done the best he could, given the situation he was put in," and recalled how "we've had to work together as a family to keep it all going. One person might be on stage and doing this, but it's a sacrifice from everybody. Everyone is putting in, to some degree, a little bit to keep everything going."

I'm writing to follow up on our previous discussions of the 2020 budget. My client wants to start planning her travel for early next year and we need to know what funds will be available. It would also be very helpful if you could provide a list of all individuals and firms currently being paid by the conservatorship and its entities as percentages. Ideally this would include the name, percentage, fee basis and contract expiration date. Late 1995 - Britney Spears meets entertainment attorneys Larry Rudolph and Steven Beer, of the New York law firm Rudolph & Beer, LLC. “We met her when she was 14,” recalls Beer. “She had come to New York to get some training and to do some auditions. Someone who wanted to work with her attended a recording agreements class I was teaching and introduced her to my ex-partner and me.” Says Rudolph, “...I have known her since she was 13 years old, and she’d been off ‘The Mickey Mouse Club’ for about a year, which I had not seen. But she brought in a VHS tape and played me some stuff of her, and it was just amazing.”

Gurl, its time to move this to either github, coggle, or something. its too much work for one person to maintain. the convos will still happen on BH, but the timeline output should be somewhere where some of the super sleuths can make edits directly.

Not related to your post but did you see the last stories from LFB? They are criticizing Rosengart.

I dont understand LFB's goal. The account is tied to copyright, entertainment lobbyists and lawyers. Lol, one of the LFBs name is auto-censored on Exhale. First name Kristen, but you cant write her first name and last name on the forum. LMFAO

I didn’t see it and I can’t find it. What did they say? And do you have a link?

they basically said rosengart attended the jason hearing, didn't see the judge, billed britney and had a photo op/media op after the hearing. and they said it wasn't the first time that happened, that it was problematic behavior. more on that coming soon from them.

Thanks for the summary. What is their goal? :calculating_confused_meme_blonde_math_woman_thinking_what:
Why put time, energy, effort into an anti Rosengart story?
