Britney spent an early Christmas with her sons

It's been more than a year since we've seen a new photo of Britney with her boys Sean and Jayden. However, they did spend time together before Christmas, TMZ reports. 

They say Britney and the boys exchanged Xmas gifts and spent time together for a few hours on Monday and Tuesday. TMZ's source claims Britney was "thrilled."

The boys didn't spend the night there, however, and will spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Kevin Federline's house (their primary residence).

Maybe this will keep people quiet for a few days. 

Or maybe not. 

Typical of TMZ to report that she has less custodial time. Also typical of TMZ not to report that this is a result of her co-conservator assaulting her eldest child.

We know how much Britney love her kids, and the fact she seemingly hasn’t seen them for a while and finally has the chance to is so heartwarming.  At the same time, it’s heartbreaking that she isn’t allowed to see them more routinely or only sees them for a few hours at a time.

Also the fact that last year she had them on Christmas eve bc it was her day of seeing them anyway. Still, she only had them for like 7 hours and they couldnt even sleep there. They were only at her house from like 1pm to 8pm.

It would be really nice if one of these sources would finally have the balls to say “...Kevin Federline, who has primary custody of the children, because their mother who is under a conservatorship, doesn’t have the legal right to contest the custody arrangement and obtain any type of legal custody over her children for herself, she is only permitted visitation rights.”

it literally breaks my heart that her kids are damn near adults now and she has never once in their life, other than the first two or three years of having them, been able to have custody of her children.  As a former social worker, it’s just heart wrenching...she was totally stripped of her rights as a mother (the ONE thing she wanted MOST in this world) because of this stupid conservatorship that is beyond unnecessary...and because of that, everyone involved has a special seat reserved in hell.

even if she doesn't have them at her house, she should be able to spend time with them at Kevin's.

I thought she had a good relationship with his wife and other kids
