update: I’m pretty sure her phone is bugged by a parental control app. So

Yeah even my Galaxy doesn't take pictures this bad. It's either that aka her having an old phone  or they are taking screenshots and then uploading them which shrinks its quality even more.

Looking again, yeah it actually looks like a screenshot and it's just artifacts as opposed to low light. Or low light+ screen shot

Even if it's a screen shot how can it be in THAT low quality? maybe her camera is dirty or idk.

Or maybe her phone was too far away and she used the zoom efect.

this looks like a screenshot of a photo taken from a screen. lol wait--

like, someone in her team took a photo of the screen of another device. like, literally. and then such photo was screenshot and sent through and app which further compressed it. does that make any sense?
