conservatorship/ new singles

Okay so Britney’s lawyer is trying to make the point that the conservatorship needs to change directions due to her not working and at Britney’s request.  Maybe someone already posted this but does anyone think her dad is going to turn around and say “what do you mean she’s not working she just released me songs”. I get these are old songs and all that and I’m guessing Britney lawyer is going to be prepared to point that out to the judge. 
 

Regardless it would be slimy and I wouldn’t put it past her dad. Just another way to make it appear she is working and making income. Thoughts?
