IKR, He is/was (i dont know) a CAA employee, That's why he knows a lot of celebs. And before working at CAA he worked at another agency. He who made the bridge for dinner Britney - Mariah years ago. 

And yes, Cade and Jason were friends. So I believe Jason introduced Cade to Britney, so the cship family trusts him. 

Does Britney really love him as a friend or is he the only option she has? Let's think. :(
