So I have been seeing this new pop trend called "hyperpop" being talked about lately...

 Basically it's like pop with overuse of sound effects and filters... It's PC Pop music. I made a Britney Spears "hyperpop" playlist and I noticed that these songs get a lot of hate on this forum.  Lol
