So overall

- Happy for Dua and Taylor's noms for AOTY but the category was... weird. I wasn't expecting Coldplay to be nommed at all. Did they even get nommed in anything else? In an ideal world I would have wanted Chromatica nominated in that category too.

- Don't understand how Changes and Yummy got nommed, Scooter must have brought those for Justin somehow.

- Happy that Chromatica/Future Nostaglia/Folklore have all been recognised in pop vocal album!! 

- Great to see Doja getting nommed in Best New Artist but Noah Cyrus was... random.

- I'm lowkey kinda pissed Eminem got snubbed in the rap categories and Hayley was snubbed from the rock/alt ones... but Eminem probably doesn't care either way. 

- I'm not sure how Beyonce got so many noms

- Even though I'm not a huge fan it MAKES NO SENSE that The Weeknd was completely shut out.

Chromatica / Rain On Me are massively overrated and didn't make any impact outside of gay fandom. They got nominated where I expected them to be.

Reputation was nominated for best pop vocal album in 2019 but lost to Sweetener. Baffling because I thought Reputation was a better album.

Eh I guess you have a point. At least they were recognised in the pop categories. Chromatica is my favourite album of this year so maybe I'm a bit biased.

she did say she was gonna make a better record and she released Folklore so we will see how it does at the grammys
