Jesy Nelson announces she's leaving Little Mix

Damn, that's rough. I can't say I'm super surprised, but it's still really unfortunate. She was always my favorite vocalist of the group, but I guess you gotta do what's best for you. Sending all the LM girlies love and inner peace.

OMGosh what!? That's so so sad! They truly became the blueprint for what a girl band is supposed to be like! Oh my -

But hey! Business/music aside, she is doing the right thing for herself!- taking care of her health (something Britney never had the chance to do until her hiatus). So as long as she's healthy and happy with where she's going, that's what matters. There'll always be work to be done but health is more important, especially mental health - it's been neglected by so many throughout the years and frankly if you don't put your foot down, the industry will never frankly care if you're doing well or not as long as you're making cash for them.

I'm sure this wasn't an easy decision but surely it feels right for her. Whatever happens from here on with Little Mix, it doesn't really matter. They've stayed together longer than any other girl group, 10 years (right?), and they've released some amazing songs and ballads, they've performed so so well and most of all, they've stayed true to themselves and continued to support each other!

It must have been incredibly hard knowing how close they all are, I guess it just shows much Jesy really was struggling

Actually I can see her to do that. She's so passionate about performing. Moreover, there's their 10 years anniversary next year. I really can't see Pez, Leigh-Anne and Jade to continue without Jesy.

Me too, I always thought she'd come back in the new year 

She deserves the world, I can't imagine LM as a 3 forever. What makes Little Mix specially is all four girls, they each bring something so special and integral to the group

Today is a really sad day for the fandom  I've followed them since the beginning in 2011 and been rooting for them ever since.

It's bittersweet because i'm happy Little Mix are staying together but it's sad such a MASSIVE part of the group is leaving 

The girls will still slay as a 3 but I just love Jesy so much.

I really thought she'd be there for the 10 year anniversary next year 

I'd love Perrie, Jade & Leigh-Anne to prove us all long and stay together for a few more albums, but right now i'm finding it hard to see that. But I fully respect them staying together because if they are loving their jobs and living the dream they should continue.

I love all of these girls individually, four sweet down to earth girls who deserve the world

As if 2020 wasn't bad enough... 
I just recently fell in love with the group, and I am very sad about it, just as if they were my friends.
So I can't imagine for you guys who follow them for years...

Little Mix will never be the same without Jesy, and unfortunately I am quite sure the trio will slowely lose it's appeal. Not that the 3  girls aren't amazing, but the energy, the balance, won't be the same.

And selfishely I feel betrayed, heartbroken and (I must admit) a little mad at her, as if Jesy was breaking up with me 

I don't know how bad is her mental health, but it would have been amazing if she would have wait after the tour to leave the group. She would have took a last big wave of love every night from the fans, and make a proper farewell. 

Anyway I wish her all the best and to find peace and bliss

Worst year ever 

I'm just happy i'm seeing so much love and support for her online, she deserves the absolute world.

I agree, Little Mix will not be the same without her. All four girls are so important 

I really hope she comes back one day, the only way I see it is is long in the future though for a 'reunion' tour or something 

I hope Perrie, Jade & Leigh-Anne do amazing and continue on the legacy, I'll respect whatever they decide to do. They've done SO well to hold the fort down and put on spectacular shows and respected Jesy's privacy while she's been on her break.

I can't believe this is happening 

But I respect Jesy and her decision and I remember how cruel people were to her, like i'd never witnessed anything so bad before or seen anyone getting trolled so much.

It feels like we already know from the start she would not come back from this break, but we (fans) didn't want to face the facts.
