Jamie Spears pleads why he should remain Britney Spears' conservator, TMZ publishes legal documents before they're become available to the public

According to TMZ, Jamie has filed new court docs in Britney’s conservatorship case arguing why he should remain co-conservator. Britney's lawyer, Sam Ingham, previously requested the judge suspend Jamie as conservator per Britney's request.

However, I would like to point out that TMZ have posted this BEFORE the documents have been made available to the public - so it appears Team Britney have blown their cover showing they leak their info to TMZ.

Jamie  claims he's been doing everything he can to manage Britney's estate, including keeping it 'thriving' and 'bridging the gap' on any hiccups that could cost his daughter a fortune.

Jamie argues he has years of experience handing and managing Britney's business affairs and assets 'incredibly well'. In documents TMZ claim to have they state Jamie claims he pulled Britney out of 'significant' debt and potential law suits.

Jamie claims he was the reason financial ruin was avoided and that there is no reason for him to be removed.

Jamie claims he technically does not need to give Ingham any notice of hiring a new business manager.

He also claims that Tri-Star's departure was not sudden and that it was actually 'gracious' and 'well-planned'.

Jamie claims Lou Taylor was receiving a lot of death threats and that led to the resignation. Which he then says led to the team looking for a replacement for Lou's 'sake'. They state Michael Kane was found to be a suitable replacement.

Well I can't wait for Sam's reply and his and Britney's reasons for why he shouldn't stay.  Because that's what's coming next

Man will he ever leave her the ******* alone? This isnt normal. 

Also who the **** does he think he is? He talks like he has such a lifelong experience managing millions. He only has with Britneys money bc he put her under a cship behind her back. What about his past before the cship? Where he had a 30k debt when she did the MMC and he failed every business he tried? Its so ironic that Britney is the only one in that horrible family who cant move on from her mistakes, she has to pay for life with her own life! Her family all screwed up in the past, but it doesnt matter bc rn they are "thriving" with Britneys money. Give me a ******* break!!!

Oh f!!ck him. Britney has every right to blow through her hard earned money should she please. Something tells me after a decade of this she would know better now. Something also tells me should she spend all that money tomorrow, she could easily sign a massive book deal exposing his shady *** and all she has endured and recoup all her loses. 
this whole thing is just sick. Britney is being used as a business to help bankroll the Spears family and whatever minion Jamie deems worthy of her hard earned money.

Britney wants him out. That there is enough reason for him to be removed. She should at least have the right to choose her conservator.

Doesn't he have a history of failed businesses though? .

In a conservatorship, the CONSERVATEE's comfort should be prioritized, if Britney wants a qualified corporate fiduciary who manages the finances of billion dollar companies to manage her finances then I see 0 reason as to why Jamie Spears wants to stay on board.

Yes just look at Britney you seem to have did such a fantastic job. Britney has thrived since you took over her life in 2008 

The reality Britney has become a little further and further away from her normal self since 2008 to the point she’s virtually unrecognisable in 2020. She looks so lost and dead behind the eyes. She has been FORCED to perform to make money she doesn’t even get to enjoy. She doesn’t see her kids which mean the world to her. 

I can’t wait for Sam’s retaliation. This man should be facing prison and at the very least he should be removed from Britney’s life. 

She needs to be given another chance at life. She’s being punished for something that happened when she was 25 years old. She’s now almost 40 wtf.

Serious question, from a legal standpoint, can Ingham mention that her sons have a restraining order against Jamie? 

It doesn't matter how "well" you manage someone's business if you can't stop being abusive to your own family.

The only experience with finances that he has is his inability to provide a living for his children when they were young.
