Anything Ingham does smells weird to me. He was the first to determine she was incapacitated and strip off her rights. It took 12 years and public scrutiny to finally do something that seems right. He WAS a part of Team Con, so I’m not letting him off the hook just yet. 

Its also possible he’s just setting Jamie up to be the fall guy, but some other evil force will take over.

Love him hate him say what you want about him but it does make sense that her lawyer is guarding her trust

There's a litigation team on Britney's side and he's requested a financial fiduciary to be conservator, now would be the stupidest time to steal money 

Relax people, would you prefer Jamie Lynn & Lou to have control, like what was about to happen? We know how much of a hold Lou has on Jamie Lynn and even Jamie would have been able to sway Jamie-Lynn, so it's great they are nowhere near this..

Yeah he might be shady and yeah he's been involved from day one but without him a lot less progress would have been made and it (legally) makes perfect sense for him (as Britney's Lawyer) to be guardian of her trust. That's a normal thing

Good to see JL step down. Moving Britney’s money under influence of James and Lou Taylor is suspicious. 
Looks like the pressure is getting to them.
