Jamie Lynn Spears withdraws petitions and resigns as trustee of Britney's trust, Sam Ingham asks to be appointed as guardian of the trust

Britney Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn has withdrawn her petition to be the trustee over Britney's fortune.

As Exhale previously reported, Jamie Lynn was previously named trustee of the SJB Revocable Trust, which Britney set up in 2004 to protect her vast fortune and provide for her children's financial future in the event of her death. 

The documents claimed the trust was amended in 2018 and signed off by Britney's conservators, her dad Jamie Spears and then-conservator Andrew Wallet (he has since resigned, but is trying to return). 

It appears Jamie Lynn, who has faced an avalanche of hate and backlash from Britney fans, has had a change of heart. 

Instead, Britney's legal advocate, Sam Ingham, is requesting he be the appointed guardian of the trust.
