Hello guys!! Hope everyone's good :kisses_britney_kiss_blow_womanizer_love_circus:2008:

I was looking at pictures of Britney's abs and i am like: i need to workout asap!! Her abs inspire me to workout. I would love to have this kind of abs too so my question is, if you know some exercises that could help me!! Thanks in advance xoxo

Hi ! 

It's a difficult question because it really depends where you start from (do you need to cut fat or build muscle for exemple...). To make it short if you want abs you need to workout + a good diet. There are a tons of easy workout plans online, just make sure to stick to one and diet accordingly (eat enough proteins / stay in a calorie deficit etc...).

I would say, the biggest secret to define abs and see results, is constancy. Good diet + good workout habits + good sleeping habits. It helps to reduce fat and define abs. 

Planks are so good. And, I remember Britney did russian twists and side crunches. I love these kind of workouts:
