Court asks to clarify does Britney want Bessemer to be a sole conservator or a co-conservator of her estate with Jamie

That surprise witness has a recent video on her Instagram account where she's reading another document on Britney's case. I don't fully understand what type of document this is but the interesting part is where the court's asking for clarification about nomination of Bessemer for conservator of the estate. Basically they are asking whether Britney wants Jamie out of the picture and have only Bessemer or she wants Bessemer to bee a co-conservator along with Jamie. If I understood correctly some supplement must be filed by Ingham soon to clarify this. That surprise witness starts to read this exactly part at 07:53. It's really obvious, Britney wants Jamie out of the way 100%. we just need that step for him to be out of the picture, and the cship will follow Britney path and choice.

The court says whether Jamie stays or go should be decided before Bessemer appointed. So maybe it will take more time to change conservator completely and Bessemer actually will not be appointed on November 10

Also this makes sense as the court documents haven't specifically said to remove him, they just imply Britney doesn't want him involved at all.

So I understand why the Judge needs clarification, plus Britney would need to file a petition to remove Jamie BEFORE the Judge decides whether to appoint Bessemer (Silent Witness also said this).

Hopefully Sam files something to remove Jamie ASAP.

pretty sure he will fill it. I have a feeling that by next year she will be finally released, or at least have her rights freedom back.

I can see removing Jamie going on for 6 months to a year as it looks like Jamie will fight it (requesting his own lawyers), so if Britney files to remove him, he'll definitely oppose that. I work in Litigation & Disputes (not in the US) but I know how lengthy it can be and how other sides always request hearings to be delayed or cause certain tactics to give them more time.

Hopefully Jamie sees the lights and just gives up, he's just wasting Britney's money

well it's been 12 years, that should be fine  regardless, if Britney doesn't work they're ****ed, and neither will we **** with the Britney brand while the cship is in place. there's no turning back from here now.

The court needs to see and realise how mentally damaging it has been for Britney having her manipulative and abusive father involved all this time.

This is all obviously a step in the right direction and that’s amazing how far it has come, (FINALLY) but in my opinion the man needs a restraining order after this too, so he is actually kept far away from her. Being her father, he is still going to think he has authority and control over her and will try and worm his way in, mark my words, unless he is prosecuted for his actions along the way.

Sometimes I worry that Britney is too nice and will somewhere down the line forgive him you know? Not to blame her at all, because she’s a loving soul at the end of the day and it is hard to cut family off completely.
