Does anyone remember Danja's demo for Britney Jean?

Can you imagine how beautiful it could be if it made to the album? 

Well her team would definitely ignore it and we wouldnt get a music video :receipts2_britney_um_browsing_browse:

I think Blackout has more of a electronic base but this demo has an edgy vibe in it which could have made it sexier.

Danja hasn’t evolved at all from Blackout. Yes it was a fantastic album and were perfect for the time, and still slaps hard today. But things have moved on. That same sound wasn’t popular in 2013.

At least people like Max Martin have moved on and adapted to the sound of the times. Danja is still recreating Blackout.

I don’t want Britney to ever do another Blackout 2.0. That album, along with In The Zone, Britney and Glory were new directions for her, but they still felt like a “Britney” record. They were personal and represented, even subtly, where she was at in her life at the time. These albums are special and can’t be recreated. Her own personal life has evolved since then, and a heavily produced, dark pop album about *** and clubbing is not where she, at nearly 40, is in her life. Danja hasn’t shown that he is capable of creating anything other than that Blackout sound.

I agree tbh. people need to pass it on. if britney is going to innovate, is not with Danja again.

Strongly disagree. Blackout remains epic.  It was ahead of its time and remains a cult classic.  For some reason, his music sounds fresh.  This sound on the snippet we see here would have had that transcendent vibe to it.  Just because you’re almost 40 doesn’t mean that you have to be boring.  I don’t know what you imagine a woman in her 40s is like, but as a contemporary of Ms. Spears, I can tell you I would LIVE for this sound.  When you want to let your hair down on the weekend, you want to let it DOWN.  You want to get down, dirty, nasty, and to hold a big middle finger to the world.  I’d kill for Danja to make another album with Brit.  His art is needed in the world.  His talent is what my soul craves.  Give it to me Danja daddy lol.
