Popular Post PokemonSpears Posted October 31, 2020 Popular Post Posted October 31, 2020 On October 31, 2005, Britney Spears released the promotional single And Then We Kiss in Australia and New Zealand. The version of the song included in this single was actually the Junkie XL Remix. The song was written by Britney, Michael Taylor and Paul Barry, and produced by Taylor and Junkie XL. It was recorded in the same sessions as Breathe on Me (which was also produced by Taylor) since it was intended to be included on In the Zone (2003), but it failed to make the final tracklist. It was also supposed to be the UK & Japan bonus track of Britney & Kevin: Chaotic (2005), but it was ultimately replaced by Over to You Now. Finally, And Then We Kiss (Junkie XL Remix) appeared on Britney's first remix album B in the Mix: the Remixes (2005) as the only original song, as well as its promotional EP Key Cuts from Remixed. The song didn't receive a music video or live performance, but it managed to peak at #15 on the US Hot Dance Airplay chart and it was #1 hit in Israel. Junkie XL (Thomas Holkenborg) explained he wanted to make the song a 2006 version of Depeche Mode's Enjoy the Silence. The song appears on 2006's Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova videogame. Six years later, in September 2011, the original version of the song leaked online, confirmed by Junkie XL to be the real deal. 24

bitbitboi Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 Britney is amazing. She gives me so much joy. This is a especially proud moment for me as a fan. PS: I just see the resemblance, the song is super famous, I'm shooked 5 1

No one gave an eff when this single was released. No one cared about this remix compilation either (WHICH I STILL THINK IS AMAZING). Even if Britney had kept releasing singles with videos from the impeccable "Glory" no one would have cared. The GP works in mysterious ways: they'd rather be hitting their WAPs against the floor than seeing a pop superstar maturing in front of their eyes. I think we should stop with that discourse, staying on top is really hit or miss and it depends on whatever's going on in the world at the moment, not just on having or not C.U.N.T. hah! (charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent, which is basically Britney's essence) 4
Popular Post ObsessedBritFan1 Posted October 31, 2020 Popular Post Posted October 31, 2020 This song brings out the lesbian in me. Even though I'm a man. 3 15
Popular Post car Posted October 31, 2020 Popular Post Posted October 31, 2020 Tbh I think this is one of Britney’s best songs ever. 16
BananaAndy Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 love this song, remix is much better than original...i think maybe it is not mixed or mastered properly when it leaked. 5 1
ashholeessek Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 It is such a wasted opportunity, I am still mad about this not making into ITZ It would be surely my favorite song from the album, not Breathe not Toxic but this. Its experimental base and Britney's vocals are just ahead of its time. 6 2
Who Can I Trust Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 This ones definitely in my top 5 favourites. Both versions are amazing. It’s a shame she’s never performed this one, hopefully in the future.🥰 5

Popular Post MissSpearsSaysSo Posted October 31, 2020 Popular Post Posted October 31, 2020 Seriously one of her best. I’ve even contemplated getting a tattoo of the “your love comes alive on my lips..” line. Beautiful song. 10
aleomg Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 This is one of the best songs recorded by Britney. I remember being obsessed with this QAF fan made video when I was young and the scenes were perfectly synchronized with the song. 3

I adore And Then We Kiss so much because of a man I spend time with at the time ATK came out and he was a huge Depeche Mode fan. What a hazard. ( I mean that I loves Brit´s song so much and it turned out that is sounds like his favorite band.) 2
Fenixxx123 Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 Remember I fell in love with this song when I couldn't even understand English. Beautful song. 6
