Record labels are the worst. They CAPTURE singers and they destroy their careers. I'm not sure how all things work in the music industry but I'm here waiting for a change, a moment in which artists will be able to release music whenever the eff they want. And maybe use Instagram to sell ads (as much as I hate it) and that way pay for their own music videos, whatever. But do your thing. It's crazy to think that they are writing their own lyrics or locked in a studio pouring their souls on a track and then having a small group of men telling them what to release, when, and how. IF they want to. Zara's moment is now. Tinashe's moment is now. Iggy's moment is now. 5 or 10 years from now they'll be considered "old" for this, so why are they holding them up ugh. Not every thing they put out will be successful but then what's the labels' job? MAKE IT WORK.
