These girls are good... Maybe I like them a lot because they are pure pop (music, vocals, lyrics...)

But pop in 2020? When everyone is listening to rap/trap/reggaeton/k-pop? If they maintain their success, it's because they have a truly huge fan base.

They are my 2nd fave after Britney, their discography is great, their personalities, down to earth, funny, weird and amazing performers and singers!

No one compares to Britney for me, but Little Mix are a close second

Their British. The British pop music doesn't always embrace US Music trends.

You're so right about that... You can see that in the performance of any artist's singles over the course of their careers: US number ones don't usually coincide with the UK's, and viceversa. Different tastes, I guess.
