i just dont understand the hype around dynamite

i mean to be honest i bop to it if it ever comes on the radio because it takes me back to 2011 to be honest lol it sounds like an old song. but on the whole it is just average, yet it is so big

and i was even hearing from some bts fans that their sound has changed alot and they dont like but I am not too knowledgable about bts's history
