Britney's court appointed Attorney Sam Ingham responds to Jamie Spears and drags him

Britney's court appointed lawyer Sam Ingham responded to Jamie Spears' request to deny Britney to hire legal counsel. Sam stated Jamie is the only reason there would be any 'substantial expense', and the substantial expense would not be coming from the appointed counsel Britney wishes to hire. 

Sam states this will not be resolved outside of court as they have tried on numerous occasions to do so and Jamie refuses to come to any sort of agreement each time.

Sam states if Jamie agreed to Britney's terms and stepped down this would reduce the need for litigation or further costs.

Sam states Britney will continue to pursue to hire counsel to appoint 'Bessemer Trust' as her conservator of estate, Sam argues they are an extremely well qualified full service financial adviser who she can work with collaboratively to plan her future needs, whether or not she ever chooses to perform again. Britney's lawyer claims Jamie's efforts are only to cause delays and to dominate the whole process himself.

Britney's lawyer states Britney does not share the same vision of Jamie's in which she resumes performing and leaves the management of her estate completely to him as she did in the past. Sam is basically saying she will not resume her career if Jamie remains involved - if she even decides to resume her career.

This is a really good read.  Sam Ingham basically discredits her dad at every stage. 

Judge Penny shouldn't even be questioning this anymore and Britney's request to get Bessemer Trust and Loeb & Loeb involved should be granted.

Oh, and James' lawyers were late in filing their objection. The fact that Britney is unfortunately having to pay for his lawyers is outrageous but it makes it slightly worthwhile when they are this incompetent.

Jesus, it’s literally confirmed he’s trying to force her to perform. If she’s so mentally incapable, then why would he force her to perform against her will? 

I don’t understand how that fact alone doesn’t just cancel the entire conservatorship or AT LEAST his role as conservator. He’s clearly in it for the money, wtf?

Probably more manipulation to deflect from the abuse Britney suffered as a result of her dad. 

Not saying Sam didn’t have an agenda but equally it wasn’t all him. Her dad was made to look like “the good guy” when in reality he was just thinking about $$$ and the abuse she’s been through since has been much worse.

That was actually really satisfying and sad to read at the same time. It shuts down wallets claims that she isn't being forced and she can do what she wants. Well now its in black in white. You can't deny it
