This Day in Pop: Britney performs at the MuchMusic Awards in 1999 (September 23)

I've never actually seen this but it's an awesome performance. It's also great to actually hear the Stop Remix of Crazy live because the majority of her performances have either been other remixes of Crazy or the album version - understandably because the Stop Remix was created a bit later and released the month before this performance, but it would've been neat to see more of that version performed live more - I always thought it was loads punchier. I may look it up as there may be performances I've missed.

Thanks for sharing this!

Unpopular opinion, but I think she looks way better without a tan

I also think she always looked even better pale or without much tan. Imo her overtanning only looked really good in some videos like Slave. Too bad she always liked tanning and I think that comes from Lynne as well lol

Agreed. Also, she really messed her skin up with those stupid UV beds. What a terrible "beauty trend"

Okay... so dont get me wrong she looks cute, she gives a sweet performance with background vocals but to me, she gave recent performances in the Piece of Me tour that are way stronger than this.... which sometimes brings me to the reasoning that whatever she pulls off post 2007 will ultimately always be compared to pre 2007 ...but for pre 2007, people will mainly think of VMAS Oops, slave 4 u, like a virgin and dream within a dream.

Work ***** was quite an intense choregraphy.  Bbmas 2016 were just so iconic in my opinion. As iconic as VMAS Oops for example.  It is probably not a popular opinion but I stand by it. I still think she worked hard post 2007, and deserved more recognition and less constant comparison from her own fandom...
