which is your fave? mine are Bomt & Britney Bomt because she was still innocent and sweet. Britney because we got Slave 4 U MV, the vma performance with the snake, Crossroads,Pepsi commercial, She looked gorgeous during that era (her body,hair,make up)  Also i'd say Blackout too love her with dark hair, the album and she had a IDGAF attitude

same. Blackout is her best album imo but the era was so scary. we were all so afraid something terrible would happen

Exactly I just cannot understand someone choosing that era that is full of such a dark time in her life. Hell there was barely an era. Just the VMA performance and the three videos (one of which is an animated video because she couldn’t film it). When eras like BOMT-ITZ exist and even Circus eras

I know what you mean. But the reason blackout is my favorite era (and the same reason I love the period between 2003 and 2007) was Britney really herself. Free. At least try to do what she wants. That means the world to me. I see the Britney era was by far the best one from the professional side. But since 2003 she has tried to cut the threads. Hired her own team. Like Michelle Bell. Made her album while on the Onyx tour. Paid her own money for her own concept videos (Do Somethin´), wrote her own songs and so on. And Blackout has by far one of her best photo ops.

 

Her best songs developed from this time: Rebellion, My Prerogative, Mona Lisa, Baby Boy, All She Wants, Let Go, Little Me, 911, Rockstar, Look Who's Talking Now, Ouch, Over To You Now, Do Somethin´,Chaotic, I ' ve Just Begun, Toy Soldier, Piece Of Me, Break The Ice, Freakshow, Get Back,  Money, Love And Happiness, Strangest Love, Welcome To Me, And Then We Kiss, Dramatic, Sugafall, Kiss You All Over, Get It and much more. HOW can I not love and adore these songs? I'm surprised that this era is so unloved by her fans.

 

And I want it back! I just want a better private life for Brit and less pain, of course! But also from the professional side. That she tried a different style. Wrote her own songs and concepts. Chose her own stage outfits etc. We got a clue about this with the Glory era. But her team still doesn't let her be herself.
