Former employee of Andrew Wallet confirms that contract between Jamie & Tri-star that Ingham requested from Jamie's laywers does exist despite Jamie's laywers saying otherwise

On July 21st, Jamie Spears' legal rep Geraldine Wyle told Britney's lawyer Sam Ingham that she could not give him a copy of a contract he requested because documents that old were not imaged.

Yesterday, Katerina Perreault, a practicing attorney and former employee of Wallet’s old firm Hinojosa and Wallet, filed a declaration saying that she knew first hand documents dating that far back were imaged. She is willing to go under oath and attest to this. #FreeBritney

From my understanding Ingham wanted to see what the exact contract Jamie has with Tri-Star, Jamie's lawyers said they don't have the document anymore. Whereas this former employee and attorney claims it does exist and was logged on their case management system. She's basically calling Jamie & Co liars.

There must be stuff Jamie & Lou do not want revealed in their contract for them to pretend they are unable to access it as there are no copies and that it was 'never' stored anywhere! 

This works in our favour a former employee is basically calling Wallett and Jamie's lawyers liars as she worked there and she is fully aware records were kept around that time, so the contract does exist and is stored.

It is almost laughable to believe that Tri Star doesn't have a copy of this document. This is LOU we're talking about. I bet she has the original, at least 3 hard copies, a digital copy, a backup of the digital copy, and a 3rd digital copy on an external drive. Who in their right mind doesn't keep copies of something as important as a contract????
