Judge Penny announces tentative decision to deny Jamie Spears' motion to seal court docs and hearings

Judge Brenda Penny announced her tentative decision to deny Mr. Spears' motion to seal all court documents / hearings in regards to bringing back Britney's former co-conservator, Andrew Wallet.

Last year, Wallet abruptly resigned without explanation. Jamie Spears wants him back to help manage Britney's estate, something Britney is adamantly against.

Britney also made it clear she wants more transparency regarding her conservatorship and doesn't want things sealed and hidden because she feels there's nothing to hide. Jamie Spears thinks otherwise. 

According to new court docs via the BritneysGram ladies, Judge Penny said “the conservator has failed to demonstrate that there is no right to public access to conservator proceedings... especially in light of the conservatee’s expressed position.”

Britney is finally being heard.

There's a new court hearing set for November 10th. They'll discuss Wallet's possible return plus an update on Britney's lawyer Samuel Ingham getting the money he's owed.
