I'll admit I don't know much about this dude. I know he's had a change of heart recently and started speaking up for Britney, but maybe this thread could do some digging? Anyone with Link'd in have his details? 

 

I saw this article and got alarmed by it:

PS - I hate the c-ship and am pleased Ingham is finally doing his job, but these delays are ridiculous and I don't understand why Ingham is putting up with it. Freedom can't wait another day!!!!!

It's not up to him. It's up to Judge Brenda. Plus team con always comes up with most random **** last minute.

A decent lawyer would counteract them though? I'm confused as to why the court system is so awful in the States. Maybe it's the same everywhere? But it seems like half the court dates get postponed or delayed.
