He actually can’t unless brought to the judge. Any change in legal fees has to be granted by the judge, but Judge Brenda Penny ruled that Tristar continue to pay for Ingham as Britney’s lawyer. 1 Link to comment

crystaldaly
So it means no more court decisions until they pay? So they remain the conservators and can't be replaced until then? They will NEVER pay then... 1 Link to comment
crisscross
Now lets wait for Ingham to suddenly get a "heart attack" or any accident. 1 Link to comment

After a while, maybe, I'm not sure anymore. What if they pay for Ingham and then stop doing it 1 or 2 weeks before the 10th of November again? Then that's the same yet new situation... PrincessAkwa
I want to know how her networth has dropped so much. If she had good people they would make her earnings grow by reinvesting. Can someone look in to this? They placed her under a c-ship both as person and to manage her estate. If this is true, they failed her on so many levels. 3 Link to comment
Godney'sSweetCheeks
These delays are freaking pathetic! I've watched many death row documentaries where the person due to die is literally framed and everyone knows, but the justice system hold out and hold out and appeal the appeals and block and delay and everything. The prisoner ends up on deathrow for decades then released days before the date of death. This situation reminds me of that. Either Team Evil knew that by not paying Ingham, this would cause a delay and they know the inevitable is coming so they just need a few more weeks and months to milk the cash cow and filter Britney's money into their own private accounts or offshore tax havens. OR they're now so confident they'll never be stopped that they're doing whatever they want and know the judge will always allow them to continue the c-ship indefinitely. What I don't get is why Britney and Lynne (if she cares) aren't going public. It's BRITNEY's money. Are they going to use her own money to sue her for breaking a PDA about herself?!!!! Wouldn't put it past them actually, but it'd be money well spent if it gets the public on side and unleashes outrage at the situation. 1 Link to comment

If they don’t, then they would be going against the judge’s ruling... which is bad. So they’ll pay. 1 2 Link to comment

If "bad" means no more court decisions until then as punishment, that's the best for them. 1 Link to comment

I almost dont want her to-- in fear they might flip the script and say she was being "manic" when going public, & send her back to a mental facility. This whole situation is sad. Link to comment

SkyNet
I had a wild thought. What if now, the pro cship will jump to be freebritney team, coz now the ship is burning and they need to choose a side. And be on Britney side is a safest bet right now. Link to comment
