Britney's lawyer claims Tri-Star stopped paying him since he started representing Britney's wishes, today's hearing postponed until November 10th

Britney's lawyer and legal advocate, Sam Ingham, claims Tri-Star & Team Conservatorship have stopped paying him since he has been speaking up on Britney's behalf.

Ingham says he has been paid since the start of the conservatorship in 2008, but suddenly they stopped.

"This system worked perfectly for over 12 years and literally hundreds of payments until last month when the payments suddenly stopped without explanation."

Ingham is on Britney's side. He's arguing that Britney wants her father out as conservator over her estate, something Mr. Spears is fighting tooth and nail to keep from happening.

Ingham also recently revealed Mr. Spears recently granted Tri-Star a huge increase in salary despite Britney not performing in the last two years. 

The hearing has now been postponed until November 10th.

 

Britney's Gram claimed that Lynne's lawyer stated it was 'funny' how Ingham suddenly stopped being paid by Tri-star when he's busy defending Britney. Lynne's lawyer supported Ingham and stated they also believe Ingham should be paid again for supporting Britney.
