Paris Hilton says she stills in contact with Britney

Paris Hilton and Britney Spears' friendship is iconic, and after all these years the two are still pals.

During a new interview with Andy Cohen on SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live , Paris says the two have not only kept in touch, they had dinner together recently. "Yeah, I saw her this summer. We've had dinners, I saw her in Malibu. I just love her so much," she said, later adding that they meet with a "very small group of friends." 

When they're together, they keep the convo light. "She is so sweet and so innocent and such a nice girl. We just talk about happy things. Music, fashion… fun things," she continued. "I never like to bring up negative things and make people feel uncomfortable so I've never talked about it with her."

Paris has raised concerns about the restraints Britney's under due to the conservatorship. 

She told Andy, "I feel like if you are an adult you should be able to live your life and not be controlled. I think that maybe stems from me being controlled so much so I can understand how that would feel and I can't imagine right now if that was still happening to me. After just working your whole life and working so hard, she's this icon and I just feel like she has no control of her life whatsoever and I just don't think that's fair."

i want to be sure that paris would never lie about this; but also how strange is it that she's seen britney and no paps took photos? a picture of paris + britney in 2020 would break the internet.

Its not strange at all that they privately had dinner with a small group of friends and left through the back door and no one noticed lol It might have even been at a friend’s house who knows.

If they had walked in the streets of Hollywood, LA like they did back in ‘06 and ‘07 then of course they would have been pictured and yes it would have broken the internet.

If Britney herself hadn't posted that dinner pic of her and Mariah, we wouldn't have ever noticed that they met either. I strongly believe that it's very possible for celebs to meet without being photographed (if they keep it intimate and private).

true, but for some reason i feel like paris has said that they dont keep in touch. - i dont know i guess im just mad iconic things like this happen and we didnt know about it. like ive always rooted for britney and paris to be bffs

it’s always weird photo shoots with random rambling captions 

it’s rare now that we see pictures of her shopping, out in public, with friends yet if we scroll back to 2016 she was posting all sorts of stuff and seemed very normal

yess Ik it’s a pandemic but all she posts is random photo shoots, scripted videos rarely, and random pictures and quotes 

nothing else

i would’ve never guessed she even hung out with her friends this summer let alone Paris 

they make her seem so erratic and out of the ordinary when she’s not like that
