I love you (But do you love Mariah Carey)?

Basically a gay man had to accept the fact that his dreamlover would end up not being a Mimi fan like he is. 

The opinion states several Times he ended a relationship over their hatred of Mariah as he sees her as God or a Jesus Christ figure in his life.

It took therapy for him to accept the fact that the ideal man will never see her, the way he does. But he also realized he'll never be happy. And in the opinion he states he rather be single and not date or hook up. 

Bottom line Men come and Go, Mariah won't.

 I couldn't be with someone who HATED Britney Spears the person. I feel like it would bother me; because I believe people who hate Britney Spears are ignorant (lol) although I understand I guess not liking her music?? but even then....LOL

Before I got married,  I used to always ask my boyfriends what their fave Britney song was. It was kind of interesting to hear their choices. And they usually would have one ready to go LOL so I mean....even if they didn't listen to her, I still knew they had a song they could appreciate. 

Maybe this guy needs to just get his boyfriends to pick one Mariah song and he can hang on to that shred of hope throughout the relationship

Same. I always speak about Britney to my partner and friends ( both straights and gays) in high regard. Then they go to this length to tell me why they don't respect her as an artist. But through my unapologetic determination, I have always brought them around. They now see Britney as an epitome of strong person. And they LOVE every song from GLORY except Private Show. They now  have more respect for her as a person and an artist which makes me very happy!
