Court docs: Jamie Spears calls Britney's Instagram posts "deeply concerning," Lou Taylor's company Tri-Star has "confidence" in a company named Stonebridge to manage Britney's estate (which allegedly has ties to Tri-Star)

Britney Spears wants a trust company of her and her legal advocate's choosing to handle her estate and replace her father Jamie as financial conservator. 

Mr. Spears is fighting this tooth and nail.

He's attempting to insert Britney's former financial conservator, Andrew Wallet, back into play. Wallet mysteriously resigned last year after receiving a substantial raise in pay. 

According to new court docs, Mr. Spears confirms he does not want to change the structure of the conservatorship. Meaning, he wants to remain as Britney's financial conservator and not be replaced by the trust company that Britney wants. Just to double down: Britney does not want her father managing her money. 

The court docs state: "The cost of the Conservatorship of the Person alone, including medical, professional and other related costs, frequently exceeds $70,000 a month."

Keep in mind, Britney is paying for this out of her own pocket. 

The docs also state Tri-Star wants to remain in control.  Tri-Star is currently connected to Britney's business dealings.

Britney's current business manager (not by choice) is a woman made Lou Taylor.

She is strongly disliked in the Britney fandom because fans believe she is the mastermind pulling the strings, and Mr. Spears is the puppet. 

From the docs: "For the last ten years, Tri-Star Sports & Entertainment ("Tri Star") has been and continues to be an essential part of the team, including entertainment counsel, her manager, and publicity personnel."

It continues: "The business manager Tri-Star has confirmed its confidence in Stonebridge."

Fans suspect Stonebridge is mis-managing Britney's money and has close ties to Tri-Star. 

This would mean Britney's estate would be in the hands of people she is actively fighting against. 

The docs continue: "Additionally, several of [Britney's] Instagram posts have resulted in a general public alarm, and of course, Mr. Spears is deeply concerned."

I still don't get the instagram thing... like how? and if she's concerned why does she keep doing these videos? Do they like have access to her iCloud and post whatever they want? What about the insta story about project rose and wearing the top many times?

It’s funny that he’s bringing it up because some might look at her posts as just being quirky or a little out of the box, not concerning. I hope penny rips him a new colon, but after 12 years of this it’s like I expect the worst but hope for the best.

there's people all over the world that have access to her instagram I really do think they screen shot her icloud hence why we sometimes get blurry or low quality images and reason why her posts are always deleted, reuploaded, rinse and repeat. It's like she wants to post something but an army of Lou's slaves are ready to click when she does.

You know what I find concerning? Sending your daughter on three world tours making millions instead of teaching her how to take care of her finances and well being. Less than a year after her hospitalization all you cared about was a “comeback”

I believe this too. Didn't people somewhere find log ins from a bunch of diff countries?
