I think the documents will be public from now as requested by Britney through Ingham, while hearings can still be held at closed doors.

Well you have to remember, until Jamie is officially out and no longer connected to the cship, there won't be media allowed ever. 

If I'm not mistaken, one of the requests was to allow coverage of the hearing that Britney wanted. But that's only if and onky when Jamie is out.

Allowing media coverage of a court hearing is different than unsealing the documents from the public... 

they want the initial court hearing private with no media coverage, but they could still unseal the documents. Remember, a lot can be said off the record so I’m sure it’s just protection for all. Everything in the documents will be official and on the record. As much as I’d love to be a fly on the wall, I think this is an okay thing.

I believe they can still cover it? But just not be allowed in the room. Which of course means they can't film/take photographs.

On one hand I feel like its better for Britney because her life is already a circus and I fear her getting overwhelmed but on the other I want fairness and justice. Its hard to have any faith in our justice system let alone anyone around Britney
