Question about Britney's instagram story from yesterday

When you post a video you filmed earlier and its longer than 15 seconds, it splits into two or more stories, and you see the cut between them.

When you record a story directly through instagram stories camera, it doesn't split. So my question is, did she upload the video by herself yesterday? The one talking about the rose project

It still splits even when you record directly on instagram as far as i'm aware
