Britney on POP magazine shoot

Who remembers this shoot from 2010? I don’t know how true this is but Well I thought I’d share this little story. I went to uni a few years back at a fashion university and someone who I believe worked on set for the magazine came in to the lectures and shared the experience of how Britney was like on set.  Allegedly she was looking very out of it. They think she was looking quite medicated and was allegedly acting very strange having to keep taking breaks. The photos were allegedly heavily air brushed and filtered due to this.  I think this was 6 months before  FF era launch. Poor Britney. Iconic photo shoot though!

I always found the timing of this photoshoot weird even though I loved it, 2010 was probably the weirdest year of Britney's life and in this photoshoot she looks stunning but then in the candids she looked a mess or sedated

she looks better here, behind the scenes

and yet you can see something was not right through her fake smile and dead eyes

She was HEAVILY medicated into the FF era.. all those promo performances are so hard to watch. Not dissing her at all, she legally has to take whatever they prescribe her. But the fact they hard her out and performing was all sorts of wrong.

I never understood this photoshoot. The concept and editing/filter were weird. She looks so juvenile yet she was almost 30? Also this photoshoot felt so out of nowhere, she wasn't promoting anything at the time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

yeah I did notice that for the first half of 2010 she looked great (this photo from June proves it) but after that she started looking sedated and lifeless, and yeah I have always loved the photoshoot even though it's heavily airbrushed
