How many spaces do you use after a complete sentence?

So I saw an interesting debate on Facebook regarding the number of spaces to use after a complete sentence.  It seems that Microsoft Word has created a new edit where it is now grammatically incorrect to place two spaces between a sentence-ending punctuation mark and the beginning of a new sentence.  I was always taught to use two spaces between sentences!   How do you feel about this??

I used to do two but now I’m a one. I was taught two but I was also taught in a backwoods school that believes the Bible should be taught as a science. Like, it was a public high school and we wrote bible verses for extra credit in science.
