That’s a great move! Jamie won’t have power anymore to scrap her videos or make another Britney Jean.. we can expect Glory 2 or in the zone 2 and see Britney back on charts. 
 

if she start getting success, she might get out of it completely as case will get stronger that she can be independent

James' terms said the same thing. These are powers that the presumed conservator of the estate would have, not Britney herself. This still means that the new conservator has the right to make her work if approved by her medical team and Jodi. But removing Jamie is definitely a HUGE step

No.. This is not to make her work! That paragraph says they have authorization to look for stunts..  (if she wants to) With her father she was basically obligated

Britney will relaunch her career under these conditions

#1. Seek and prosecute civil harassment and obtain Restraining order.

#2 she is willing to fullfil whatever legal contractual orders her team has signed as longer as Jamie is no longer her conservatorship or in her life at all.

 

I think the restraining order is aimed at her father and civil harassment lawsuit also at him for losing her children cos of his actions.

#3. Be able to hire any employees she desires. 

#4 all legal NDAS to be permanently void, so everybody can talk to the media. 

Britney knows the conservatorship us going to be hard to get our, it's a Process that has to be shown, but she's willing to work and play Chess with her dad under these conditions. .

Basically they are a frudiciary company which means they Only matter in the financial aspect, that's it.

So if they're assigning Bessemer Trust Company responsible for her finances, who's will be her Conservator if Jamie isn't it?  or is it still Jody?

The trust company has good corporations they handle. 

Apple

Microsoft

Amazon

Google.

I'm not worried. If billion dollar corporations trust them, they seem legit
