Christina Aguilera performs "Reflection" and "Loyal Brave True" on Good Morning America

Christina Aguilera received the Video Vanguard Award at the VMAs performed her Mulan tracks "Reflection" and "Loyal Brave True" on Good Morning America.

It's interesting to see performances are now pre-taped ahead of big events instead of life. The production value is far better, but there's something about a live event that's special, too.

Thoughts on Xtina's performance?

Looking at her throat and mouth it looks like she is lipsyncing (she is really bad at it) Maybe its pre recorded? Or she just looks more relaxed than usual.

That's definitely lipsyncing, but what disturbs me the most is her head movements habit (you see what I mean?)
She's too mannered, it makes the performance unbearable...

She gets really extreme when she isnt singing because she doesnt have anything to focus on. She isnt this bad when its live.
