Taylor Swift wins Best Direction for "The Man" at the VMAs

Taylor Swift won Best Direction, an industry-voted category, at the VMAs for her video "The Man."

"I was told this was an industry-voted award, so I want to say thank you to everyone in the industry who voted for this video but I also want to really thank the fans because you are the only reason why this industry even cares about anything I do," she said. "And everything you guys have done with folklore this summer, I’m just so blown away and taken aback by your generosity to me so thank you for everything. I hope I get to see you soon."

It’s shocking that she didn’t attend and she won. It’s shocking that they held Britney’s awards hostage for not attending and even more shocking they snubbed her for mediocre songs and videos no one remembers

Funny how these gals have more vmas than Britney who paved the way for them. As much as I love Swift musically, her pop videos are a carbon copy of Britney’s best videos. The Man is garbages, trash bin, recycle bin all in one.
