My childhood was basically Kelly Clarkson, Britney, and Top 40 radio.  

So probably, Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson and BOMT by Britney.

Didn't really listen to albums as a kid.  It was mostly just Rihanna + whatever the hell was on MTV at the time. I loooved watching those MTV chart countdowns.

I would say either Metamorphosis by Hilary Duff or the Lizzie Mcguire Movie soundtrack.

But then again they're basically the same singer.

But yeah Metamorphosis was the first album I got as a present

while the Lizzie Movie soundtrack was the first album I bought

I was 10 when I got both
