How Do You Motivate Yourself To Exercise?

I'm fat so no surprise.

I would love to gain some muscle someday, but mental heath issues leave me feeling weak and unmotivated.

I forgot... To follow many "fitness" models on instagram, I mean basically hot guys who are shirtless and working out all the time, helps a lot.

 

Then everytime you enter Instagram you get motivation and some healthy tips/routines .

I usually don't need motivation, save for threadmills/cardio which I find boring af. So I think of something I read in a magazine back in the Blackout/Circus era (I think) - Britney can eat fried chicken and be lazy for months but she gets on that threadmill (or was it pushups?) like a robot when getting in shape for a tour. Lol. #WorkBeep

The attention I get from people makes me feel really good tbh. It motivates me to workout even harder and turn even more heads on the streets. I know it doesn't show on my profile photo that well, but atm I am literally huge  I was in the supermarket yesterday and this 16 year old gay boy could literally not stop staring at me and he gave himself a *****  i died
