I think the key points to the cship are the integrity of the psychologic evaluations made on her especially the ones prior to the cship and right after it took place. If their are actually proven to be sketchy or the integrity of the psychiatrists is in fact questionable it should be enough reason to take a full evaluation by other professionals all over again to check everything that's been said about her by the other doctors throughout all these years. For me this is the most important thing because mental health should be the only thing that counts for a cship to take place, because it is made for people that do not have the mental health (cause they are mentally ill) to make choices for themselves and that's why they allegedly pulled "dementia" out of their ***es to put her into this. Also would ask her to actually take a look at what happened to this "dementia" claim that was never mentioned again after the cship took place. These should be enough to stablish the cship as not fit for her case if proven to be false claims.

Then to prove it to be corrupt would ask her to check Lou's and Jamie's companies and what happened to her SJB trust. Check all the money reports her dad made and check the money that "randomly appears" in these companies that legally don't actually have to be reported to the court. This would prove the cship to be corrupt and in worst case scenario we would have a shift on teamcon and have new people (hopefully fair and just people) taking care of her business and in my mind it would be easier to terminate it.

Idk I'm not a lawyer I'm just a homossexual :duadance:

  • They violated the process to put her under a conservatorship since the beginning (not notifying her beforehand, not letting her hire her own lawyer)
  • She doesn't have a good relationship with the conservator
  • She doesn't have dementia nor any other condition that disables her in any way, and the evidence is everything she's done since 2008
