The dementia thing really makes me sad

If it is true she suffers from dementia, it would really broke my heart.

I hope some information regarding what she has comes out and we can finally know. One thing is the bipolar hypothesis, but dementia? This would really break me.

I miss the days she was the best performer going around the world and unstoppable and all I would have to worry was her next single.

If an answer will reassure you, I can speak well because I study psychology. Dementia is a term used to refer to cognitive illnesses, such as Alzheimer's, for example, and these illnesses impair a person's ability to live independently and autonomously over the years.

These are diseases of the elderly but they can be diagnosed early, which was the team's claim. However, early diagnosis does not happen in people aged 25 (the age at which the Britney entered the cship). The earliest case of dementia already diagnosed is 32 years, if I'm not mistaken.

Thinking that she was "diagnosed" with dementia 12 years ago, if that diagnosis were true, today she would be in a very vegetative state, with bad memory, she would not be able to eat alone, go nowhere alone. And that's not what we have seen progressively in his public appearances over the years in Las Vegas for Piece of Me. We would see her languishing.

Another point to note is how the diagnosis was made. A diagnosis of "dementia", which needs to take place in several stages of psychological assessment, medical and laboratory assessments, is a long process. And it didn't happen with Britney. They evaluated her with a quick chat and decided that she had this pathology.

They only claim that she has this disease because it is the easiest way to keep someone on a cship. It is the last stage of non-autonomy. Britney may have an anxiety disorder for example, but that doesn't justify what they do.

Guys you dig too deep sometimes...remember the cship only came to happen, in first place, because it was handy. Britney did have a mental breakdown, and we don't know how much trouble she was in back then: breach of contracts, lawsuits and whatever else, not to mention her money going away. I don't know and we don't know to which extent, but becoming a conservatee supposedly protected her from all that at the time, enabling both legal protection and even 'understanding' from all involved parts. Britney herself might have seen this as a way out at the time. Only downside is that they used it to lock her forever, instead of being something temporary to help her reestablish a normal life.  So as far as this thing goes, it would be too practical for Britney to actually have any disease to shield her up, therefore there's no reason to believe she does have any underlying mental condition.

Protection and advice and guidance were necessary at the time, but the fact that they had to pull a serious mental condition out of their ***** to legally put her into this mess should be enough proof that a conservatorship wasn't necessary or fit for the situation

I will say that her team has helped make her appear that way. Whether it be her plain out of it, drugged by psychotics or making her appear irresponsible. The CON docs don’t help her teams defense  either

I don't know what to know because we don't see the person Britney, we see only this version of her with strange posts that look disconnected from everything happening to her life. I mean since off the record we don't have contact with "the real" Britney. Her interviews since them are very impersonal then u have the cship going for 12 years when this isn't the norm if she doesn't have something extremely debilitating.

Once her diagnoses become public, they will be food for the GP to drag her. Because people are prejudiced against any type of emotional disorder, even though everyone has a relative with one.  So it's better that people to just imagine.

Thank you! I've been trying to say this to people on here for so long, but could never explain it as well as you did.  She definitely does not have dementia.  The internet can be such a nasty place where people make such assumptions and false accusations because they don't know the true real information (and in some cases such as this, where it's a private matter... they don't need to know!) and because people just believe any comment or social post out there.  People can be forgetful or have bad memory and still not have dementia.  A lot of people think she's ditzy and stupid, but she's a lot smarter than a lot of people assume she is.

Idk I think at this point someone has to know something. How does someone not know a thing going on with her. This is one of the biggest cover ups in all of hollywood history. I mean the public has no idea what really is happening. The whole thing is breaking my heart to watch. Part of me cant keep watching but I have hope, but its quickly dwindling.

If she had dementia, she wouldn’t have been able to do the things she been doing these past 12 years. Sure she may not remember everything but that don’t mean she has dementia, hell, do u remember every single person you’ve met in your life or everything you’ve done your whole life or every place you’ve been your whole life, I sure know I don’t, lol, it’s gotta be even harder to remember everything if u have the life of a pop star, IMO sometimes fans/people expect too much from her.

As for whatever she actually does have, it’s no ones business but I will say that her team and TMZ via her team speak/act as if she’s got some condition that no other human being has had before, it’s ridiculous, they‘re just fueling the curiosity and the conspiracies.

I don’t think she has any illness..

but this kind of abuse will left some issues..

She wasn’t too comfortable and self confident from the start tbh.. but then she could find happiness in the work she did.. And build confidence in herself a little after some time..

after c-ship they destroyed her confidence and I think that’s it the only problem (social issues)
