Realistically this means nothing. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer but for this to go anywhere, both parties need to take discovery. That means both Sam and Lou answering questions under oath, which neither of them likely want to do with their respective skeletons in the closet.

Also, the GP knows Sam as a toxic influence but probably has no idea about Lou. All it does is give supporters of the conservatorship more ammo to say that Britney needs it to keep leeches like Sam away, while completely ignoring the fact that Lou *might* be just as dangerous. *using the might to avoid getting sued for defamation* :teigen:

No. This was the reply Lou made on that IG user's account a few days ago about the emails "Sam" wrote to which his lawyer claims he never did.

This is more evidence for the judge to see that this woman is capable of lying and smearing images of people. The judge won't care about Sam's past and his treatment towards Britney. That's irrelevant. That's what the judge will say.

I notice you said Lufti and not Lutfi. Up until last year with the movement gaining traction I could've sworn it was Lufti. Now all of a sudden it's Lutfi.

I searched on google by date and saw articles from 2007-2008 were writing it both ways but I guess Lufti stuck in my mind more.

It's always been Lutfi but it's a language thing. We are more comfortable and more quick to say words where the tongue glides into the next phoneme without a sudden pause, but this isn't the case for his name.

That's the cases for Britney. It was never in her favor. 

But any lawsuits that are between Lutfi and Taylor are different. And defamation is not taken lightly. That's a serious allegation. Lutfi would easily win the case if he provides proof that he's never written those emails.

Thanks. I was looking for confirmation that she had. 

How embarrassing. Schooling a fan on defamation and receiving a cease and desist letter for her defamatory comments.
