Nooo. A cosmetic line does not feel “very Britney” to me. 
 

(but, hypothetically speaking, I might name it Mona Lisa Creations)

I'd name it (Drop Dead) Beautiful Cosmetics  and then collab on a makeup pallette with Sabi where the eyeshadows are the colour and shape of different vegetables

The commercial would be like:

- Britney walks to the cosmetics corner of a certain mall

- a sales lady approached her and offered assistance 

"Would you like me to help you find the perfect lipstick shade?"

- Britney stands up straight and says

"No thanks, I choose my own destiny."

I Think Honestly “... One More Time Cosmetics” Would Be An Amazing Name.  And Create A Pallet And Name It After Her Hits.  
For Example: 

The Baby Collection (With Lots Of Pinks And Purples And Light Colors).  
The Blackout Collection (Darker Colors Like Black, Navy Blue, Purple, Maroon, Fuisha)   
The Toxic Collection (Blues, Reds). 
 

She Could Release Lipsticks, And Primers.  

The Commercial Should Be Britney In **** Outfits Putting On The Make Up.

Make up isn't her strongest talent tho  but I would call it Racoon Fantasy with this picture on packaging
