Cardi B praises Nicki Minaj following "WAP" fan war (video)

Cardi B could've thrown shade at Nicki Minaj, but she kept it classy.

In a new interview with Apple Music, Cardi B recalls a time when there was just one rap queen making waves. She doesn't mention Nicki by name, but many assume that's who she's referring to when she said:

"Then there was this one female rapper who came out and was dominating for a very long time and she still is dominating.”

It's worth mentioning that both Cardi and Nicki's fans have been fighting on the Internet following her "WAP" music video with Megan Thee Stallion, which featured cameo from Normani.  Both Megan and Normani have worked with Nicki, so you know how stan wars go... apparently there's not enough room for people to work with more than one person. Le sigh...

I'm glad Cardi showed praise, because I see not a single lie.

There's still a bit of shade but hey she gave her props and that's all you can really ask of her considering that she wanted to beat Nicki up at one point.
