But it’s in the country’s name....:calculating:
The United States of America

If I was talking about the North and South America, I would’ve titled it “Eurovision is coming the Americas.” :)

It would’ve been nice if they included North and South tho :katycream:

I think it's a language thing so... Because in Portuguese we say "America" as a whole continent and when we refer to your country, we say United States, not America. :idkney:

I would love too, imagine how rich and cultural it could have been? :ramona:

Maybe they’ll do it next season. :katycream: It’d be really cool ☺️

this doesn't make any sense. as the show title name indicates EUROvision, its an european show. why do we have to put americans on it now? 4 real?

The US isn’t competing in Eurovision. It’s going to be a spin off :)

It would have been nice if it included all of the Americas tho :katycream: Maybe next season

Since Eurovision is one of the biggest church events for gay men.

I need the American straight men to be banned from this event. Unlike European straight men, straight men from the US don't do camp.

So gay men and women only.

Might be judgmental. But tradition is tradition. This needs to be the campiest American event.

There's nothing camp about a made in the USA straight boy or macho man.

This is kind of heterophobic. :ehum:

Everyone should be allowed to participate. ☺️

Is that meant to be a good thing? :weirdmeout:

QUALITY over quantity please :trash:

Actually there are very good artists that go to eurovision, and they are usually underground artists or someone that has tried to go to their countrie's version of x factor or smth like that

The US can give quality, too :queenflopga:

Michael Jackson, Madonna, Britney, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Mariah Carey, Christina, and Whitney Houston say hi :queenflopga:

Every country has talented, underrated artists that deserve success ☺️

I didn’t say the US didn’t give quality.

What I said is I’m not here for hundreds of new sub-par artists out of yet another mediocre “talent” competition.

Hardly any decent artists come from these types of contests anymore.
