Why Britney revealing that yellow is her favorite color is important

Britney Spears wants fans to know her favorite color is yellow. 

Someone revealing their favorite color isn't normally a big deal, but anything Miss Britney does in 2020 certainly is... especially this.

In case you forgot, a video on TikTok went viral because it pointed out a well-liked comment on one of Britney's past posts. It said:

“if you need help, wear yellow in your next video.”

Sure enough, she wore yellow in the next video.
 

A month later, Britney is doubling down about the color. She posted a photo in a yellow top saying "my favorite color is yellow," followed by a second post with all the emotions associated to the color. 

I can’t  The whole yellow top secret message is what got #FreeBritney really popular on TikTok
