I've never listened to Britney's debut album

So, I grew up in a small town in Indiana, and I wasn't allowed to listen to Britney Spears because she was the devil's child. 

So now I'm thinking it's time that I listen to it all the way through. Obvi I've heard her singles from that album and they are I C O N I C, but I think I need to deep dive. 

Should I give my impressions of each song as I listen?!

Tbh I started stanning her in 2007, Circus and FF came and went, and BOMT was the last album of hers I listened in full even after FF era.

I think you will like it. BOMT always lifts my spirit up as all the songs are so cheerful and beautiful. It's a little cheesy because it is bubble gum pop but i love it anyways!!

Its an essential album of her career cause it started it all!

You should also listen to the deluxe edition tracks like I'll Never Stop Loving You, Deep In My Heart and Autumn Goodbye

It's an iconic album but besides the singles a lot of the songs are very dated and forgettable imo.

Oops on the other hand is pop perfection

I remember hearing “Womanizer” on the radio and being shook to my core. I knew I was listening to a legend the first time I heard it. I remember feeling like I had missed out on her for years before then because she clearly was doing what no one else could. I KNEW she was  THE. QUEEN. OF. POP.

I haven’t heard any of her earlier albums in full. The first one I listened to in full was Circus which I LOVED.
