In the other hand, I just don’t vibe to him as much as the rest of the world. 
I have some of his songs in my 80s playlists, but I skip him more than often.

He is a legend, he has some great songs and all that but I think he’s super overrated. I don’t have anything against him (although those accusations make me think... but we know how Hollywood can put anyone down if they want to so... yeah who knows), I just don’t understand why some people act like if he was a god or something, don’t get me wrong, he was SUPER talented but there’s a lot of people that has as much talent as he had.

He was THE first pop star I was ever interested in. I played Thriller on repeat probably like a 10000000000000000000000000000000 times when I was 4 years old. I obviously don't think he's the second-coming of Christ but his music is a part of my childhood (I also DO think he is the best entertainer that there ever was) and he will always have a special place in my heart. I can't believe the media still can't leave him alone, even in death. Rest well, Michael.

I like some of his music, but I was always more into Prince.  Plus, as others have mentioned, it's hard to separate what the tabloids have said about him from his artistry. I honestly am not sure what to believe when it comes to the ****** abuse allegations.

None of those sentences describe the way I feel about him.  He is not Jesus - but I do love him (not on a Britney level). I appreciate him deeply. He is fascinating. He is eccentric. He is a true artist. 
 

I can also separate the art and the artist quite well. (You can’t/shouldn’t love a whole person. Only parts of people. If you love the whole person - they will end up disappointing you somehow.)..that applies in a lot of situations. It makes sense to me, anyway.
